What is Mayflay Tumble Rubber Shot Blasting Machine?

  The rolling rubber belt shot blasting machine has an automatic loading and unloading system, which is made of an endless rubber belt conveyor and has high wear resistance. The workpiece is tumbled over the endless rubber belt while being blasted by one or more wheels at the top of the machine.

  The machine can be equipped with special equipment to achieve a better finish (drivers for belts and wheels, PLCs, flips and unloading belts, etc.) to avoid damage to the workpiece.

  Loading and unloading can be done manually or automatically using a hydraulic tipper loader.
