Daily maintenance procedures for shot blasting machines
1. Whether the fixing bolts on all the blasting machine and the
blasting machine motor are loose, and it is found that the loosening is
immediately tightened.
2. The wear of the wear-resistant parts and the shot blasting inside the shot blasting machine, and replace the worn parts in time.
3. Check the blades and replace them when they are half worn.
4. Check if the position of the directional sleeve pointer is correct.
5. Whether the shot blasting machine inspection door is closed.
6. Whether there is air leakage in the dust removal pipe, whether the filter bag in the dust collector is dusty or damaged.
7. There are no accumulations and other debris on the spiral shell and filter screen of the separator and remove it in time.
8. Check that the flow screen of the separator is uniform and forms a full curtain.
9. Is the electronically controlled pill gate closed?
10. Check whether the status of each limit switch and proximity switch is normal.
11. Check whether the working status of each signal indicator on the console is normal.
12. Check if the blasting motor current is within the rated range.
13. Clean the dust on the electrical control box.
14. Check the wear of the pelletized tube gasket, the rubber gate of the work door and the top seal, and the shot is lost.
15. Remove debris from the floor grid to ensure that the projectile is recycled.
16. Check if the total amount of pellets in the pellet bin is sufficient.
